Hotel Mandalay

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for an enhanced level of comfort, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us with organizing tours and transportation. The location was also very convenient, with nice restaurants and a mall within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of Asian and European options. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the well-equipped gym. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mandalay.

Room size was big and the staff was helpful. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to a shopping center and other eating options. Wi-Fi in the room was free and reliable.

The packed breakfast could be improved. the noise level was high due to external factors such as traffic horns, but it eventually stopped by 10pm.

On our family vacation with two young kids, we were pleasantly surprised with our hotel stay. the spacious room was clean with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of dishes, including tasty crepes with tomato and cilantro. the hotel location was ideal, away from the busy chaos of the surrounding area yet still close to key sights. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, as well as the gym and swimming pool facilities.

The hotel could benefit from better wifi connectivity.

A great business grade hotel in a central location. The spacious rooms were clean and equipped with comfortable beds and hardwood furniture. The Chinese restaurant served delicious and authentic food. The on-site travel agency was helpful and accommodating, even changing our air tickets. I would happily stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with fresh bed sheets every day. The hotel facilities were great too, with an awesome gym and a nice indoor pool. I loved the fact that the hotel offered free breakfast and a refreshing pool to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel is also conveniently located close to a shopping center and other tourist attractions.

The hotel is quite old with some outdated fittings and fixtures. The noise from the nearby school can be bothersome during the day if you're sensitive to noise. Additionally, the air conditioning system requires the room key to be inserted for it to work, which meant returning to a hot room after a long day out. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget looking for a comfortable stay in the city.
